Our Professional Delivery & Home Assembly Services
At Pilates Matters® we include ground/curbside delivery for all our orders, to ensure receiving your Pilates equipment is as convenient as possible.
In addition, we have partnered with technicians all across the United States to offer an installation service.
The service is perfect for individuals who have a busy schedule and require hassle-free assembly. The done-for-you service is great if you are elderly or have a medical issue.

How the service works:
1) You place an order with us for the installation service.
2) Our installation team will reach out to you via phone or email.
3) The team will arrange a suitable time slot for the assembly process.
4) A technician who has been thoroughly background checked will arrive at the desired location in the time slot agreed.
5) The technician will install the Pilates Equipment.
6) The technician will ensure you are happy with the service.
7) Wave goodbye to the technician. It is time to enjoy your new equipment!!
