What is a Lagree Micro Reformer?

The Lagree Microformer is an even smaller version of the Megaformer machine. Built to make the practice of the Lagree method accessible to any space, the Microformer reaches up to around 71” (180cm) in length. With it, you can still train full-body, high-intensity workouts, even in the space of your living room. 

Ideal for the Outdoors

The light-weight (60 lbs or 27 kg unloaded) design makes it the best equipment to bring outdoors. For solo practice or group training, the Microformer lets you enjoy the fresh breeze while hitting your fitness goals.

How Often Can You Train with a Microformer?

As its compact design makes it accessible to use at any time of the day, it’s tempting to work out with the Microformer at any chance you can get. We recommend starting with 3 to 4 times a week, and then progress to 5 or 6 times a week. Keep in mind to recover properly after each session.
