Assembly / Installation | Pilates Matters®

At Pilates Matters® we have partnered with technicians all across the United States to offer an installation service.

The service is perfect for individuals who have a busy schedule and require hassle-free assembly. The done-for-you service is great if you are elderly or have a medical issue.

How the service works:

1) You place an order with us for the installation service.

2) Our installation team will reach out to you via phone or email.

3) The team will arrange a suitable time slot for the assembly process.

4) A technician who has been thoroughly background checked will arrive at the desired location in the time slot agreed.

5) The technician will install the Pilates Equipment.

6) The technician will ensure you are happy with the service.

7) Wave goodbye to the technician. It is time to enjoy your new equipment!!

Please note - The installation service is entirely separate to the delivery service. Installation will only be available once the item has been successfully delivered.

The flat fee of $350 is applicable for only one piece of equipment.

If you have a large installation enquiry (e.g. multiple reformers for a school or gym), please contact us for a personalised quote.

Waste removal is not included in this service.

Technicians will be unable to move equipment up flights of stairs or move the unit long distances.

We have the right to cancel and refund purchases for this service if the delivery address is considered to be in a remote location or if the room is located on a higher floor or a basement with turns and stairs.

The professional assembly service will be performed by third-party companies and not by our company.
Pilates Matters is not responsible for any losses, damages, issues, and inconvenience caused by the installers and/or movers.

Any damage caused by the installers and/or movers will be covered by the insurance of the companies providing those services.

In the unlikely case that an item(s) was damaged by the installers and/or movers, our company will complete the insurance claim on your behalf and do our very best to resolve the issue ASAP.
