Lagree Megaformers 

The Lagree Megaformer machine, created by Lagree Fitness, is a spring-based equipment for high-intensity and low-impact exercises. Its design consists of a horizontal, metal frame with stable platforms on either end. It has a rolling carriage that moves along the length of the frame, between the two platforms. Equipped with handles for stability and adjustable resistance springs, the Megaformer machine offers a variety of exercises that target the entire body. 

Mini-Reformers

The Mini Reformer machine is a down-sized version of the Lagree Megaformer, for space savvy practitioners. It’s around 40” (100 cm) shorter, with a single platform at one end, handle pulleys on the other, and a rolling carriage that moves along the length of the metal frame. The platform can change angles, from 0° to 90° for a variety of upper-body to lower-body exercises. The Lagree Mini Reformer provides as many benefits as the Megaformer machine, and adding accessories can elevate your workout routine. 

Lagree Microformers

The Lagree Microfermer is a much more compact design of the Lagree Megaformer machine. Built to allow you to practice your Lagree Method in the space of your living room, the Microformer extends to 71” (180cm) long. Suitable for both home and professional practice, its light-weight design makes it ideal for private home-classes, outdoors training and multifunctional Pilates Studios.
