Description
The Elina Pilates Nubium Reformer is a state-of-the-art Pilates reformer designed for both home and professional use. Built on a contemporary, ergonomic white aluminum frame, it delivers a comfortable, stable, and safe training experience for users of all levels.
Its carriage runs on eight polyurethane wheels with high-precision bearings for an exceptionally smooth, ultra-silent glide, while a complete five-spring resistance system, six-position foot bar, and adjustable shoulder rests, headrest, and bed damping make it easy to adapt for different users, exercises, and intensities.
Unlike many reformers at this level, the Nubium can be stored vertically, making it practical for homes and studios that need to save floor space.

Resistance system
Five springs: 2 strong red, 2 medium green, and 1 light yellow, on a fixed spring bar with double height to combine resistances according to the desired intensity.
Upholstery colors

Space requirements
The reformer itself measures 96.85 in x 30.7 in (246 cm x 78 cm). You also need clear space around it to move freely during exercises. As a practical guide, plan for a room that offers:
- Length: At least 10 ft (300 cm). The extra space accounts for arm and leg extensions beyond the carriage.
- Width: At least 5 ft (150 cm). You need room on both sides for lateral movements and to get on and off safely.
- Ceiling height: Standard residential ceiling height is sufficient for exercises. For vertical storage, allow roughly 8.5 ft (260 cm), since the reformer stands about 246 cm tall on end.
Who it fits (height)
The Nubium Reformer has a bed length of 40.15 in (102 cm), which comfortably accommodates most users. Elina does not publish an official user height range; as a practical guide:
- Best fits people between 5’0" (152 cm) and 6’0" (183 cm).
- People taller than 6’0" (183 cm) may find full-extension exercises restrictive.
- People shorter than 5’0" (152 cm) can use it without issue thanks to the adaptable features.
Assembly
The Nubium Reformer arrives boxed and requires assembly.
- First assembly typically takes 1–2 hours.
- Two people are recommended to hold parts in position while securing them.
- An Allen wrench and screwdriver are typically required and included in the box.
- Once assembled, the integrated transport wheels let you reposition the reformer.

Moving and storage
- Integrated wheels on the front legs make it easy to move and reposition the reformer.
- The Nubium can be stored vertically (upright), which is very useful for saving floor space in small rooms, a key advantage of this model.
- Plan for a permanent or semi-permanent spot, and allow ceiling clearance if you intend to store it upright.

Maintenance Requirements:
- Wheels, rails & spring bars: clean and lubricate periodically to keep the carriage gliding smoothly and the spring bars functioning correctly.
- Upholstery: wipe down with water and a microfiber cloth. For deeper stains, use a small amount of neutral soap diluted in water.
- Springs: replace approximately every two years, depending on intensity of use, to maintain proper tension and safety.
Warranty
- Limited Lifetime Warranty on the components of the frame and related welding.
- Two-year limited warranty on all other components.

Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping within the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
- Large equipment ships via freight carrier, carefully packed in a cardboard or plywood box.
- Standard delivery is curbside, as close to your entrance or garage as possible. The driver does not unload inside. Plan to have two people available to bring it in.
- The carrier will call ahead to schedule your delivery. Missing your scheduled window may result in additional charges.

Before signing for delivery: inspect the outer box and note any visible damage on the waybill. Damage not noted at delivery cannot be claimed later. For damaged items, send photos to returns@pilatesmatters.com.
Returns & Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours we’ll do our best but cannot guarantee cancellation. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
- This product is final sale. As with all Elina Pilates equipment (excluding accessories), this reformer is not eligible for returns. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order in our system. We then reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the charges and submit your order for shipment. In the instance that your order is unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and inform you via email.
In the United States we offer Free Shipping on select products. On some products there is the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service.
Standard delivery for Pilates Equipment is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.
Large equipment is either shipped by air or ground via freight carrier. The equipment is carefully packed in a cardboard or plywood box.
For curbside delivery, the driver does not require assistance in unloading the equipment from the truck. It is advisable to have two individuals present to help unpack and transport the equipment inside the premises.
A phone call will be made by the carrier to arrange your delivery. The cost of delivery covers one scheduled attempt. Failure to be available during the scheduled time may result in additional charges.
Check the waybill before accepting delivery to ensure all packages listed on it have been delivered to you.
Upon delivery, please inspect your order and note any shipping damage to outer box prior to signing for receipt of the order. We cannot be responsible for damage to your order that is not reported and noted on the waybill.
Order Shipment:
Tracking will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is shipped. If you do not receive tracking information from us, feel free to follow up with us at sales@pilatesmatters.com.
*Free US Shipping applies to select products only. It excludes Merrithew, Align Pilates, BASI Systems, and Peak Pilates products, and all Lagree Fitness products except the Mega Pro. It also excludes shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@pilatesmatters.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If your order is cancelled within 24 hours we will be able to provide you with a refund. If it has been longer than 24 hours we will try our best to cancel your order however there is no guarantee we will be able to. It is important to contact us as soon as possible when attempting to cancel an order. Shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation or returns. If your order is eligible for a refund you may be held accountable for actual return shipping charges and the processing fee on credit card transactions. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Returns:
Even though we have complete faith in every product we offer, we recognise that you might have second thoughts or that your purchase may not live up to your expectations. We have a 30-day return policy for the many of our products as a result.
30-day return policy applies for: Align Pilates Accessories, Elina Pilates Accessories, Merrithew Accessories, BASI Systems Accessories, MetaLife Accessories and HUUM products. Please note you may be liable for the return shipping and a restocking fee.
