Description

The Lagree Fitness Micro (Microformer) is a compact, lightweight, full-body workout machine built on the design of the Megaformer, created to fit where the Mega can’t. It delivers the low-impact, high-intensity Lagree Method workout, building muscular strength, endurance, and core stability while improving balance and flexibility.

Designed primarily for home use but also suitable commercially, the Micro is ideal for teaching virtual classes, running group classes in small rooms, and training outdoors or on rooftops. Its portable design makes it easy to transport, use, and store, and it is built for men and women of all fitness levels.

Despite its small size, the Micro supports over 1,000 exercises, and because of its low height it allows floor exercises and a greater range of motion than the Mega. Movements feel the same as on the Megaformer, and the Micro accommodates taller users (up to 6’8") that a Mega cannot.

The Micro is available in multiple build configurations, so you can start with the base unit and add front handles, a rear platform, and rear handles to expand your exercise options.

Who is it built for and when it makes sense

• Home users who want an authentic Lagree workout in a compact, portable machine that is easy to move and store.

• Studio owners who want to maximize room capacity. Because of its size, you can fit roughly twice as many Micros as Megaformers in the same space, and they relocate easily for virtual or outdoor classes.

• Taller users (up to 6’8") and those who want floor exercises and a greater range of motion than the Mega allows.

• Users seeking a low-impact, high-intensity workout that builds strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and core control.

• Buyers who want a modular machine they can expand over time with handles and a rear platform.

When it’s not the right fit

• If you want the largest training surface and full-size Megaformer experience, consider the Mega Pro or Mini Pro instead.

• If your primary goal is traditional Pilates or rehabilitation, a Pilates reformer is designed for a different training method.

• If you want a casual, low-intensity workout. The Lagree Method is intentionally demanding.

• If you need a foldable machine. The Micro is compact and portable but does not fold.

Resistance system

4-Spring Resistance Package

• 2 Light Springs (Black) — approximately 9 lbs of tension at full extension (the same strength as the M3 Yellow spring)

• 2 Heavy Springs (Red) — approximately 25 lbs of tension at full extension

Overall, the resistance feel is similar to that of the Megaformer. Optional White (super light) and Grey (medium/heavy) springs are available separately to further fine-tune resistance.

Included items depend on the configuration you select. The base unit includes the frame, carriage, spring system, and cables; higher configurations add front handles, a rear platform, and/or rear handles.

Space requirements

The Micro has an exact footprint of 9 sq ft (71.8 in x 18.5 in), but Lagree Fitness recommends about 50 sq ft of clear space to move safely and perform exercises comfortably.

As a practical guide, plan for:

Length: At least 9 ft (about 274 cm), or more if using the rear platform.

Width: At least 5–6 ft (about 150–183 cm) for movement around the machine.

Ceiling height: Standard residential ceiling heights are sufficient for Lagree workouts.

• Ideal for multi-purpose rooms, on-location training, and outdoor classes.

• The Micro does not fold, but its compact size makes storage simple.

Maintenance Requirements

• Wipe all surfaces regularly using a damp microfiber cloth to remove sweat and debris.

• Inspect springs periodically and replace worn springs immediately.

• Check cables, handles, and moving components routinely for signs of wear.

• Keep rails and carriage components clean to maintain smooth movement.

• Tighten hardware periodically and avoid storing the machine in damp or outdoor environments long term.

Warranty

1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty*

For a period of one year following receipt of the machine, Lagree Fitness will repair or replace, at its discretion, any components found to be defective due to manufacturing defects.

Warranty coverage applies only when the machine is used in accordance with Lagree Fitness guidelines, and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, improper assembly, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, shipping-related damage, or accessories purchased separately.

Shipping & Delivery

Please note: the Lagree Micro is excluded from free US shipping (and from shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Equipment ships carefully packaged to protect the machine during transit.

Standard delivery is curbside, as close to your entrance or garage as possible. The driver does not move equipment inside the property. Plan to have assistance available when your machine arrives.

The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Missing a scheduled delivery appointment may result in additional charges.

Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Before signing for delivery, inspect the packaging carefully and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork. Damage not noted at delivery may not be eligible for freight claims.

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering*. After 24 hours we will do our best but cannot guarantee cancellation. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

This product is final sale. As with all Lagree Fitness equipment, the Micro is not eligible for returns. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
