The Merrithew At Home V2 Max Reformer Package brings the studio-quality STOTT PILATES experience home, equipped with the same commercial-grade features as the professional V2 Max reformer. It pairs a High Precision Spring package and a maximum-extension carriage for smooth, balanced, fluid movement, with the patented Retractable Rope System and self-locking cleats for fast, precise rope adjustments without stopping your workout.
Its standout feature is an extra-high carriage (17.25 in / 43.8 cm from the floor), which makes getting on and off easier for anyone with injuries or mobility considerations, and it carries a generous 425 lb (193 kg) weight capacity. You can also fully customize the upholstery, making it one of the most versatile and durable home reformers available.
This package includes the Reformer Box with footstrap, Padded Platform Extender, and Maple Roll-Up Pole. And because it’s upgradeable with a V2 Max Plus Vertical Frame and Mat Converter, you can transform it into a virtual Cadillac for hundreds of additional full-body, multidimensional exercises.

When it’s not the right fit
- If you want the most compact, lightweight, stackable home reformer, the SPX Max range is lighter and stacks; the V2 Max is a larger, more substantial machine.
- If you have very limited ceiling height. Standing exercises on the platform need about 106.5 in (2.71 m) of clearance for a 5’8" user; taller users need more.
- If you want a machine you can fold away. It does not fold.

Materials
C-channel aluminum rails, durable vinyl upholstery over dense EVA foam, and a 1 in (2.5 cm) thick wooden standing platform. The included Roll-Up Pole is maple.
Resistance system
High Precision Spring Package, 5 reformer springs: 3 at 100% tension, 1 at 50%, and 1 at 25%, with neoprene spring covers for noise reduction. The enhanced springs are built to withstand vigorous use with Jumpboards, Cardio-Tramp® Rebounders, and other Reformer accessories, and secure quickly and safely.
Upholstery colors

Space requirements
The reformer measures approximately 100.5 in x 29.25 in (255.25 cm x 74.3 cm). You also need clear space around it to move freely during exercises. As a practical guide, plan for a room that offers:
- Length: Allow extra room beyond each end of the frame for arm and leg extensions, the box, and the platform extender.
- Width: Leave room on both sides of the 29.25 in (74.3 cm) frame for lateral movements and to get on and off safely.
- Ceiling height: At least 106.5 in (2.71 m) for standing platform exercises (based on a 5’8" user, taller users need more).
Who it fits (height)
- The standard carriage comfortably accommodates most adult users, with a high 425 lb (193 kg) weight capacity.
- The extra-high carriage makes getting on and off easier for users with injuries or limited mobility.
- For users taller than 6 ft 4 in (193 cm) or with longer torsos, an extended-length upgrade to 103 in (261.2 cm) is available (includes an Extra Long Reformer Box and mid-rail leg supports).
Assembly

Maintenance Requirements:
- Carriage wheels & rails: keep clean and free of debris to keep the carriage gliding smoothly.
- Upholstery: wipe down with a damp cloth. For deeper stains, use a small amount of neutral soap diluted in water.
- Springs: inspect periodically and replace worn springs to maintain proper tension and safety.
Warranty
- Limited lifetime warranty: aluminum rails, components of the frame and related welding, standard gearbar, and footbar mechanisms (excluding the rubber / Comfort Footbar)
- 90 days: upholstery
- 1 year: ropes, straps, spring clips, plastic pulley bar receptacle sleeves, comfort footbar, spring covers, and plastic spring holders
- 2 years: all other Reformer components

Shipping & Delivery
- Please note: Merrithew products are excluded from free US shipping (and from shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
- Large equipment ships via freight carrier, carefully packed in a cardboard or plywood box.
- Standard delivery is curbside, as close to your entrance or garage as possible. The driver does not unload inside. Plan to have two people available to bring it in.
- The carrier will call ahead to schedule your delivery. Missing your scheduled window may result in additional charges.
- Tracking is sent via email once your order ships. Questions? Contact us at sales@pilatesmatters.com.
Before signing for delivery: inspect the outer box and note any visible damage on the waybill. Damage not noted at delivery cannot be claimed later. For damaged items, send photos to sales@pilatesmatters.com.
Returns & Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours we’ll do our best but cannot guarantee cancellation. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
- This product is final sale. As with all Merrithew equipment (excluding accessories), this reformer is not eligible for returns. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order in our system. We then reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the charges and submit your order for shipment. In the instance that your order is unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and inform you via email.
In the United States we offer Free Shipping on select products. On some products there is the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service.
Standard delivery for Pilates Equipment is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.
Large equipment is either shipped by air or ground via freight carrier. The equipment is carefully packed in a cardboard or plywood box.
For curbside delivery, the driver does not require assistance in unloading the equipment from the truck. It is advisable to have two individuals present to help unpack and transport the equipment inside the premises.
A phone call will be made by the carrier to arrange your delivery. The cost of delivery covers one scheduled attempt. Failure to be available during the scheduled time may result in additional charges.
Check the waybill before accepting delivery to ensure all packages listed on it have been delivered to you.
Upon delivery, please inspect your order and note any shipping damage to outer box prior to signing for receipt of the order. We cannot be responsible for damage to your order that is not reported and noted on the waybill.
Order Shipment:
Tracking will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is shipped. If you do not receive tracking information from us, feel free to follow up with us at sales@pilatesmatters.com.
*Free US Shipping applies to select products only. It excludes Merrithew, Align Pilates, BASI Systems, and Peak Pilates products, and all Lagree Fitness products except the Mega Pro. It also excludes shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@pilatesmatters.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If your order is cancelled within 24 hours we will be able to provide you with a refund. If it has been longer than 24 hours we will try our best to cancel your order however there is no guarantee we will be able to. It is important to contact us as soon as possible when attempting to cancel an order. Shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation or returns. If your order is eligible for a refund you may be held accountable for actual return shipping charges and the processing fee on credit card transactions. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Returns:
Even though we have complete faith in every product we offer, we recognise that you might have second thoughts or that your purchase may not live up to your expectations. We have a 30-day return policy for the many of our products as a result.
30-day return policy applies for: Align Pilates Accessories, Elina Pilates Accessories, Merrithew Accessories, BASI Systems Accessories, MetaLife Accessories and HUUM products. Please note you may be liable for the return shipping and a restocking fee.
